Every morning, John starts his day with a cup of coffee while going through his English vocabulary list. He's been studying English for a year now, and it's become part of his daily routine. After breakfast, he heads to his language class, where he practices speaking and listening skills.

In the afternoons, John often watches English TV shows to improve his comprehension. If he's got some free time, he'll do some grammar exercises or read an English book. He likes to mix things up to keep it interesting.

By evening, he's usually a bit tired, but he tries to chat with friends online in English. Even though it's tough sometimes, he knows it's worth the effort.

My name is Jarlinzon Hinestroza and I'm twenty-five years old. Finished my studies at the Technological University of Chocó in the career of Environmental Engineering, and in the institution of SENA a Technician in Integral Management of Solid Waste. I am currently residing in the city of Quibdó, but my stay is unstable due to work related to my professional profile. Personally I consider myself flexible, dynamic and committed to the work that is assigned so that everything is a good example to those who crave success.

I like to play sports, because it helps me to keep the body physically stable and healthy. I have as hobbies to draw human figures, make shorts or trailer. I like to interact with the new technologies and apply in it my skills and ability to manage them and give them a good use in accordance with our environment.

Among other activities that I do, I am currently in training of foreign languages ​​in the SENA institution with the instructor Yessy Lorena. I have chosen this training because of what has importance in my professional field and helps me to learn more about foreign language, it is worth noting that the instructor has been able to support and supervise me to develop my activities and achieve their achievement.

As a life project I plan to improve my vocabulary and writing in English, to do a master's degree in environmental quality if God gives me life and opportunity. I would like to contribute all my knowledge and skills for the development of my Chocó region.
